If you are organising a summer wedding, why not make it a truly unforgettable day and hire event entertainment? Whether you’re after mesmerising performers, fantastic comedy, or riotous music, celebrate the big day in style and make memories that last a lifetime.
As a top event entertainment company, we offer a wide variety of world-class acts and talent. In this article, we will be highlighting some of our best summer wedding entertainment so you can make the special day even more memorable.
Magicians
What could make a summer wedding even more magical than a professional magician? With sleight-of-hand tricks, mind-bending illusions, and captivating performances suitable for all ages, our magicians are an excellent way to excite and fascinate your guests in equal measure.
Why not book Paul Forster, a magician who combines the wonder of traditional magic with the thrill of mind-reading? Watch in wonder as he performs close-up magic and uncovers secrets and private thoughts using his powers of deduction, creating an interactive experience that will leave your guests scratching their heads in utter disbelief.
Or perhaps Pickpocket Richard is more up your street, showcasing mastery in misdirection with pickpocketing and putpocketing on unsuspecting guests. Enjoy lighthearted humour as he blends pickpocketing with traditional magic for a riveting, all-round experience.

Jugglers
Want to feature a circus act in your summer wedding? Jugglers are a fantastic choice to entertain your guests. At Covent Garden Entertainment, we offer a variety of skilled performers, including conventional juggling (with clubs and balls), dangerous juggling (with fire and knives), and more.
For instance, Stewart the Juggler is a master roving contact juggler who controls crystal balls that appear to be floating in mid-air in a gravity-defying performance that will stun your guests. His mesmerising performance will leave everyone enchanted and talking about your wedding for months (and years!) to come.
Balloon Artists
Another great option is balloon performers, enchanting your guests with incredible, intricate balloon designs. These acts are a particularly exciting option if your wedding is child-friendly, keeping the little ones transfixed in wonder at the possibilities of balloon artistry.
We have many balloon artists who can create personalised designs just for you, including archways, life-sized sculptures, and even dresses! We even have some who have performed on Britain’s Got Talent!
Comedy Acts
Weddings are all about celebrating and making unforgettable memories. By hiring a comedy act, you can inject a little more fun and silliness into your event.
One of our top picks is Human Hedges, walkabout performers ideal for outdoor summer weddings, especially if you’re looking for original entertainment and a fantastic talking point. They can wander around the party interacting with your guests and can even work as a meet and greet act, welcoming your invited friends and family to the wedding and leading them into the venue. Additionally, they can accessorise to match your wedding style and up to four can be booked at once!
Music
A wedding simply wouldn’t be complete without great music to get everybody dancing, so why not consider a live band to amp up the celebrations? Our offerings include string quartets, orchestras, beatboxers, tribute acts, and more, so you can find the perfect pick for your summer wedding.
A popular choice is the New York Brass Band, a seven-piece funky band featuring trombones, trumpets, saxophones, percussion, and sousaphones. They perform traditional brass band music, northern originals, and popular songs (such as Stevie Wonder and Cee-Lo Green) to deliver the ultimate wedding mix. They have previously performed at several celebrity events, including for Liam Gallagher and McBusted, so get ready to put on your dancing shoes and get grooving!
Fire and LED Show
End your wedding with a bang and tantalise your guests in wonderment with a fire show. From eating and breathing fire to poi and cyr wheel skills, our range of talented fire performers will burn long in the memory.
Composed of fire dancers, jugglers, and circus performers, Flame Oz is a leading LED and fire show act perfect for summer weddings. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor events, their act includes LED technology, fire poi, and fire dancing with a dash of the circus. Flame Oz have performed in over 40 countries to date and won numerous awards for their show!
